Asset insights

A close read on one company or token, with fundamentals anchored to the narrative.

Asset insights answer "what's the story on this name?" for a single instrument: a company or a supported token. They combine the asset's hard numbers with the narrative around it, grounded in Clarity, so a customer gets an equity-brief-quality read on anything they hold or are considering.

What you get

An asset read opens with the investment-relevant takeaway (what changed and why it matters), then organises the supporting threads under the headers the evidence actually supports:

  • Valuation & financials: fundamentals such as market cap, P/E, P/B, enterprise value, and sector.

  • Products & roadmap: what the company ships and where it's heading.

  • Leadership & governance: who runs it and how.

  • Supply chain & partnerships: the dependencies that move the business.

  • Regulation: the rules bearing on it.

  • Risks: what could go wrong.

Numbers are cited to live data, and facts are cited to their source. The read explains what the evidence implies. It doesn't issue personalized buy/sell advice, and it never rests a view on price action alone.

How it's built

An asset read follows the sequence a covering analyst would:

  1. Resolve the name. Pin down the specific company or token, disambiguating it from similar names and tickers. Clarity only uses an instrument it has confirmed, never an invented ticker.

  2. Pull the numbers. Retrieve current fundamentals (market cap, P/E, P/B, enterprise value, and sector) alongside recent price, performance, and volatility.

  3. Ground the narrative. Attach each catalyst, development, and risk around the name to the specific evidence that supports it.

  4. Shape the brief. Lead with the investment-relevant takeaway (what changed and why it matters), then organize the supporting threads under only the headers the evidence supports.

Numbers are cited to data and facts to source. The brief explains what the evidence implies instead of issuing advice, and it's reviewed for unsupported figures and overreach before it's finalized.

Grounding

Asset insights resolve the company or token first, pull its current fundamentals and price performance, and ground the narrative in Clarity evidence. When the graph is thin on a name, the read says so and names the gap instead of filling it with generic commentary. Coverage degrades gracefully, the same way it does across Clarity. See Partial coverage.

Which asset domains are available (equities, crypto tokens) is controlled per organization on the Settings → Clarity page. See asset domains.
