Overview
Manage customer portfolios and the white-label portfolio app they're shown in.
Client portfolios are the holdings you manage on behalf of your customers. You create and maintain them in the admin panel, and your customers view them in the white-label portfolio app. This is a customer-facing dashboard with Clarity commentary built in, served under your own brand and domain.

Managing portfolios in the admin panel
The Client Portfolios area manages per-customer, mixed-asset portfolios spanning funds, equities, and crypto. From it your team can:
Create a portfolio for a customer and add positions manually, or import them from CSV.
Maintain mixed-asset holdings: funds, equities, and tokens in one portfolio.
Invite a customer to view their portfolio, with invite-only or open signup depending on your configuration.
Share a portfolio and surface a Clarity commentary sidebar alongside it.
The asset universe these portfolios draw on (funds, equities, and tokens) is maintained under Data management.
The white-label portfolio app
The portfolio app is what your customers see. It can be fully branded as your own:
Each piece is independent and composes cleanly. Start with visual branding and add domains later, or skip visuals and only set a sender domain. You need an organization owner or admin role to change branding settings.
What customers see
Customers who arrive through your custom domain or a tenant-scoped invite link get your full branding on every pre-login surface (sign-in, invite acceptance, password reset) and invitation emails sent from your sender domain. Customers on the bare portfolio.motifapp.ai host see a generic, unbranded experience. Branding applies only via your custom domain or invite link.
Portfolio customers sign in to the portfolio app only. They have no access to the admin panel. See Organization & team for the access model.
